Preview a CSV document as rows of JSON values

Reads at most the first 1 MiB, 100 data rows and 50 columns of a UTF-8 CSV. The first record supplies the column labels. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe separators are detected; original strings, duplicate headers and quoted newlines are preserved. This is a bounded read-only preview, not a full-table query or managed-table import. Use document chat for dataset analysis, and downloadDocument for the original file. Opening the preview does not call an LLM or BigQuery.
