Measure agent Insights now

For agents whose Insights are measured on request. Send threadId to measure one conversation, or, when the agent groups conversations, group to measure every conversation of that group and end it. Extraction runs in the background after the response. A conversation for the same group after this call opens it again; call it again when that one is done.
